how do i find out if someone is being held there? I did the imate search and found nothing. How do i go about getting the information?

The CCDOC inmate search may not show someone the first day they are there. Try again. Could the detainee have been arrested on a parole violation? If so they may be at the IDOC. Use their inmate search feature on their web site. If the person is not listed in either place he is not in CCDOC or IDOC.

If the inmate has been convicted it will show, if not the inmate has not been convicted yet.
